I downloaded it the other day and have just been using it here and there when I need it. I haven’t really messed with every feature yet, but for the stuff I’ve tried, it’s been smooth. It opens quickly on my phone, and so far I haven’t had it freeze or get stuck on me.

The staff was polite and seemed professional. It just took longer than I expected to get help, which was a little frustrating. Overall, not a bad experience, just slower than I’d hoped

My order showed up quickly and was packed well. The box had just a little dent on one corner, but the item inside was totally fine, so no real issue.

I was kind of surprised that the things I wanted on hsn.com were actually still in stock. So many sites show you something, then the second you click on it, suddenly it’s gone or backordered. Not here though, it let me place the order without any weird messages or runaround. Checkout was simple too. I guess I’ll blame whoever runs this for actually keeping things updated for once. Happy with the whole experience.

I usually shop on HSN when there’s already a sale going and I’ve got a coupon that actually works with it. Last week I picked up a kitchen thing for way less than I thought it would be, so that was a nice surprise. Checkout was easy too. I just wish more of the coupons worked on more brands, but overall I’d say it’s a good value.

I’ve ordered from hsn a handful of times now, the quality really depends on what you buy. Some items have been totally solid, while others didn’t quite live up to how they looked on TV.

The kitchen stuff I got was actually good, and I was happy with a pair of shoes I ordered too. But a couple of clothing pieces felt cheaper in person, and the sizing was off enough that I wouldn’t just assume it’ll fit right next time.

Shipping was fine, and returns weren’t a huge hassle, so I’ll give them credit there. I’d still order again, but I’d be more selective because not everything feels worth the price.

I do like that HSN offers Flexpay because it makes it easier to buy bigger items without paying all at once. Not saying it’s a scam, but you definitely need to read the fine print and keep an eye on your payments. Customer service did help me sort it out, but it took a while. Overall, it’s not awful, but it’s not exactly smooth either. I’d probably use it again, just more carefully next time.

i found better prices than what i usually see in stores. shipping was reasonable too, so overall it felt like a good deal...
